The MOXii Truth Terminal is a messaging program run by iiNDYVERSE Ltd., trading as MOXii ("MOXii", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13565008, with registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, 3rd Floor, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
Through it, MOXii invites you to short, paid research studies by chat: screeners, surveys and product feedback, asked one question at a time, which you answer by tapping a reply or by sending text, photos, video or voice notes. MOXii writes, sends and pays for every message. Companies whose products a study asks about never message you and never receive your contact details.
These terms apply to the MOXii Truth Terminal only. Other MOXii chat services have their own terms.
You join by replying JOIN (or START, SUBSCRIBE, OPT IN, UNSTOP or RESUME) after messaging us from a link, QR code or advert. By joining you agree to receive messages from the MOXii Truth Terminal over RCS, SMS, WhatsApp or whichever messaging app you contacted us on.
If you are 16 or over you can join and give consent yourself. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must give consent first, and any incentive is paid to them. Some countries set the age at 18; our Participant Privacy Notice lists them.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never message a number that has not messaged us first.
Message frequency varies: we contact you when a study suits you, typically a few times a year.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier or messaging provider, not by MOXii.
Reply STOP (or LEAVE, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT or CANCEL) to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages from the MOXii Truth Terminal unless you rejoin by replying JOIN. Opting out applies across all MOXii research conversations.

Mobile carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we collect, use and share your information when you message us is described in our Participant Privacy Notice. We never sell your personal data.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
